Roles and Permissions

BAUSW applications can add users with different permission levels. You can change role settings and permissions in user management.

User roles

There are two basic roles: ADMIN and MEMBER. The user who creates and manages the application always has the ADMIN role. Users invited to the application have the default role of MEMBER.

Admin

Users with the ADMIN role can manage application settings, can invite other users, and have full access to all application data.

Member

Users with the ČLEN (MEMBER) role have limited access to data, cannot manage application settings or invite other users. Additionally, members can be restricted using permissions (permission settings vary depending on application settings).
