History and user activity

What is record history

All changes made to a record in the application are tracked with detailed information on what data has changed.

This feature is enabled by default on all applications and cannot be disabled.

Viewing user activity

To view the user activity for the application, navigate to Acitivy -> Activity.

Information tracked

• Time of modification
• User’s ID
• User’s IP address
• Changes in the data (before and after with diff)
